Meanwhile, Detective Frank Page, a cop dealing with the loss of his own daughter, takes an interest in Jennifer's case. He finds inconsistencies in Russell's story, especially as there are no missing person reports matching Jennifer. Frank begins an off-the-books investigation.

Now, he’s holding her captive, trying to force her to "fall in love" with him.

The Final Confrontation:

As Detective Page uncovers the truth, he rushes to rescue Jennifer. A final confrontation takes place at the remote house.

Ending:
